1 can chick peas 1 pinch salt 1 teaspoon cumin 1 teaspoon turmeric 1 onion (minced) 2 cloves garlic (minced) 1 tablespoon vegetable oil Fry the onions in the oil, then add in everything else (including the liquid from the chick pea can). Simmer until warm, then 15 min more to thicken. OM NOM NOM It's thick enough to put in a wrap, and delicious enough to be eaten before you get around to putting it in a wrap

MOAR RECIPES i got a vegetarian pho one, but i dont know if anyone else besides me eat pho

What's in your pho recipe that isn't vegan? I'm not sure what pho is but google says its rice noodles. I love rice noodles! Especially in vermicelli and pad thai forms. Perhaps if you post your recipe we could find a way to veganize it so we can all eat it

when i make it this weekend!
the stuff im not sure about: vegetarian broth, fried tofu, Sriacha hot chili sauce(optional, i like a lot. spicyness ftw)

I can vouch that these chick peas are fantastic. Eric made me try them, but it was very well worth it!
