Ingredients * 2 cups whole wheat flour (white works fine too) * 1 package active dry yeast or instant yeast * 3/4 tsp salt * 1 cup hot water * 1 tbsp vegetable oil * 1 tbsp sugar (make sure it's vegan! explained how at the bottom)
Preparing: 1. Combine flour, yeast and salt in a big bowl and stir. 2. Pour in water, oil and sugar. 3. Mix for about 3 minutes, if you can, it gets sticky really fast. 4. Cover and sat aside for 30 min. 5. Preheat over to 425 and put on your toppings! Bake for 15-20 minutes.
Topping Suggestions: * Cover it with fresh or dried herbs like rosemary, basil or oregano * To make it creamy put a layer of hummus under the tomato sauce * Slice up peppers, onions, olives, and mushrooms to put on top * Use vegan shredded "cheese" like daiya brand * Use vegan "pepperoni" like Yves brand * Slice up eggplant and zucchini and put it on top
Sugar: use brands of sugar that aren't refined through animal bone (like redpath or lantic) or buy organic/unprocessed sugar!
