Ingredients: 2 cups flour 3 cups water 1/2 teaspoon salt 1 tablespoon oil
Recipe: Mix everything together until it's smooth. Knead until firm.
*You may need to add more water if you use unbleached or whole wheat flour.
Cut into balls, roll flat.
Grill on a skillet on medium high heat, flipping when bottom side is brown. Each side takes 1 or so minutes.
