As a vegan I think protein is a non-issue (unless you're trying to work out and create muscle, but then it's an issue for vegans and non-vegans alike), but people ask "where do you get your protein" all the time so I thought I'd post this to help a few people out. This is probably my favourite website so far that addresses protein: www.vrg.org/nutrition/protein.htmThis website tells you how to calculate how much protein you need and gives you meal ideas to include protein into your life if, for whatever reason, you are worried that you don't have enough.
