This is written like a flyer and designed to be easy to read and provide accessible and important information about nutrition. It explains how vegans can get protein, calcium, iron, B12, Vitamin D, Omega-3, and food groups. About Club DocumentsThis is a club document I wrote over the Summer of 2011. That means that I encourage you to read it, comment on it, and provide suggestions about how it can be changed. This is a document we may hand out to people outside the club so even read it just to be sure you agree with it. I am more than happy to make it "more vegan", but club documents will not be made "less vegan". By that I mean that I will make club documents stricter and encourage as close to using no animal products as physically possible, but I won't change club documents to accept using animals in any way.
