Absinthe Pub makes a pretty good hummus wrap The absinthe pub is great, I've just found that it takes a looooong time for the food to be made. Talia and I ordered a pita/hummus platter and it took 20 minutes to place a cup of hummus next to a pita.

I emailed this to two of our members so thought I'd post this here =) This is all the stuff I came up with off the top of my head.
York Lanes: vegetable burrito at z techa fruit at berries and blooms soy milk and cliff bars at the convenience store * vegetable soup at tastes vega at nutrition house ** brownies, cookies and carrot cake at second cup, has to be the brand 'sweets from the earth', not the second cup brand
and other places: all booster juices near curtis lecture halls can be made vegan, just ask for no milk, honey or yogurt in them and ask for soy instead vegan wraps in central square, it actually says vegan on the menu for two items, be careful about the sauces as they aren't all vegan (avoid honey mustard and ceasar sauce) there's a kosher deli in winter's college that has amazing falafels. I assume they have other vegan options but I haven't asked, it's a pescatarian (no flesh from land animals but yes fish) place hummus platter at the absynthe pub and supposedly there is a cafe in osgoode somewhere that has vegan options, I've seen signs for the place but haven't found it yet
* if you've never had cliff bars it's basically a vegan/environmental snack bar in lots of different flavours. They're great snacks that have protein and other nutrients. Make sure to grab soy milk as if you have 2 glasses a day you get 100% of your daily B12, 60% of your daily calcium and lots of other stuff
** vega is a powder you can put straight into water, I put it into a smoothie though so I'd literally recommend buying like a booster juice and adding some in there. Vega has tons of iron and probiotics. It's 2 servings of veggies so if you put it in a smoothie that's a full balanced meal.
