We are the Vegan Environmentalist Group. We are a student group at York University whose main goals are to encourage a vegan environmental community where we support each other and provide information to the exterior community and our members.
We welcome all members regardless of current lifestyle choices but strongly believe that a vegan diet is the best choice for non-human animals, your body and the environment around you. You do not need to be a York University student or community member to join our forum or participate with us. Feel free to email us at vegclub@yorku.ca if you would like to join or just learn more about us.
This forum specifically is our online information directory. We don't require our members to be active on it, but anyone can post or comment on anything. It's basically a little compilation of vegan information that we think is important. We try to post new information every Tuesday so it is slowly growing. Feel free to use it in any way you wish.
