This message is copy and pasted straight from my email so I didn't write it. I've been on a tour from Prof Sandberg at least once so I find them really interesting from an environmental point of view and would suggest checking it out!
"Join us for the Alternative Campus Tour Exhibit Opening
In the ZigZag Gallery, HNES - Level 1 Lounge
Thursday, September 22, 2011 5:30 - 7:00PM
Exhibit continues until October 7, 2011 For the past decade, Professor Anders Sandberg has led over 2,500 students, teaching assistants, faculty and community members on alternative campus tours.
These tours have ignited discussions around "un" and "under" told narratives such as the commodification of water, symbols of gendered violence and a pond warning of an impending environmental crisis.
This exhibit is a snapshot of alternative York narratives in the making and includes a collaborative art installation, photos from student tours and a series of articles.
Come on out and explore the rich narrative and meaning-making possibilities of this tour!"
